Small Studio: Set up like a very large hotel room, this "zero" bedroom unit is ideal for singles and/or couples, however, it can sleep up to four people with a queen bed and sofa sleeper in the living area. |
| Large Studio or One Bedroom: Sleeps a maximum of four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. |
| Two Bedrooms: Sleeps a maximum of six people. One bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a sofa sleeper. |
| Every residence comes with fully equipped kitchens and cable television. There is access to gas barbeques, picnic areas, gated off-street parking, and a convenient coin-operated laundry on the premises. |

RENTAL DEPOSITS
- $500 Security Deposit (refundable) to hold reservation.
- Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEES
- Cleaning Fee $90-$100 per unit.
- Reservation Fee $35 per reservation.
- 10% tax on short term stays (less than 30 days).
